Loeffler Simulator Room COVID-19 Protocol

Scheduling

● Please use this link to access the google calendar.

Contact Nathan Rockcastle for write access. You will need a google account to make edits to the calendar.

● Please add an additional 15 minutes when scheduling to allow sufficient time for thorough cleaning following each use of the space.

Please follow this protocol for use of the Simulator:

General guidelines

● Only the participant and one research staff member will be permitted in the simulator room at a time (with the exception of very young children who must be accompanied by a parent)
● This will help limit traffic through this space as well as the first-floor hallways
● The participant and research staff member must wear masks at all times when using the shared simulator space
● Each group will be responsible for following the cleaning protocol to disinfect the space after they have used it
