The RT-18 is a self-report questionnaire assessing risk-taking behaviors in young people.

In Habit Behavioral Protocol and SPA Behavioral Visit, RT-18 is collected as part of the REDCap behavioral survey battery. For Brain Mechanisms R01 (7T) RT18 is part of the 7T BrainMech Qualtrics Survey.
Though not the software used to collect this survey, millisecond has a RT-18 scoring manual describing three outputs:
- a total risk-taking score
- a subscore factor associated with risk-taking behaviors, and
- a subscore factor associated with one's assessment of risk.
