Creating a QC protocol
When creating a new document for collecting quality checking records
- provide a score (eg. 0-3)
- allow for optional annotations
- if possible, collect screenshots
Scoring
Here's an example rubric

| 0 | bad data, cannot recover |
| 1 | processed failed, try rerunning |
| 2 | looks *okay* but if visit is outlier, check here again |
| 3 | process worked as expected |
