MRSI ROI Coordinate placement tool

Manually position ROIs for LC Model. Input slice likely positioned with MRSI Slice Positioning tool (QPASA). Code on github https://github.com/LabNeuroCogDevel/MRSIcoord.py/. Used for Brain Mechanisms R01 (7T) and Synaptic Pruning Adolescence (SPA).
