• 2026-08-19 Record PC Error 5000 Optical fiber is disconnected forced visit reschedule
  • Optical cable box started in front USB port. Moved around without luck. After total tear down, font port worked again (w/o any electrodes, fiber cable only). Retested back port, did not work.
• 2025-10-27 replaced task computer
• 2026-xx-xx indeterminate audio issue expected to be blocked air channel in earplugs (not computer hardware).
• 2024-12-13 - battery loosing charge capacity?
• 2022-03-xx Moved to Loeff. see Faraday Cage
• 2018 - EEG started for Brain Mechanisms R01 (7T). Tests run at WPC not Loeff.
