• Knowledge Base/Communication and Collaboration/AI Tools
• Service Catalog / Generative AI (GenAI) Tools

And has access to 3 model providers

• copilot via github (upload photo ID)
• claude via anthropic (helpdesk request for staff?)
• gemin via google (standard rate limits?)
