+The practice block ends when enough correct responses are registered in a row. The [[https://github.com/LabNeuroCogDevel/MMY4/blob/master/private/getSettings.m#L231|threshold setting]] is different for block types: 3 for pure blocks, <del>5</del> 7 for mix.
+On 2026-08-18, the number of correct trials to quit the practice mix block was increased from 5 to 7 after noticing a randomly assigned first cog block of 5 trials could result in a participant never seeing a switch.
