Project Lead: Maria Perica (this is my dissertation)

Current Project Status: Completed

Datasets: merged7t.csv

Data location:

Code location: /Volumes/Hera/Projects/7TBrainMech/scripts/Maria/MP_Dissertation-copy2.R

Aim 1: to characterize normative development of excitatory and inhibitory processes in frontal cortex through adolescence.

  • status: analyses done

Aim 2: to characterize how neighborhood deprivation impacts developmental trajectories of excitation and inhibition

  • status: RAs reaching out to get adolescent address from adult participants

Aim 3: interrogate how neighborhood deprivation impacts the relationship between excitation/inhibition and cognitive development across adolescence.

  • status: trying to figure out multiple imputation to address sample size limitations
