Switch Task at 7T

This is the MMY4 Switch Task adapted for Synaptic Pruning Adolescence (SPA) (SPA MR) as Switch Task (MMY4, SPA).

  1. click the nBMSI SPA Switch desktop icon
  2. wait for matlab to launch with the task setup script running
  3. enter id and type when prompted; task types are
    • green
    • red
    • and longmix1 or longmix2
  4. for subsequent runs, you'll need to type switchtask in the matlab command window to start the next run (get back to the id and run type prompts again)
  5. enter id and tasktype
