Creating a QC protocol

When creating a new document for collecting quality checking records

use Pitt credentials on office365's http://excel.office.com/ (google drive blocked by UPMC, UPMC onedrive cannot share links externally)
provide a score (eg. 0-3), see Scoring below for example rubric
allow for optional annotations
if possible, collect screenshots, see “picture-in-cell” for pasting screenshots on specified row

0	bad data, cannot recover
1	processed failed, try rerunning
2	looks okay but if visit is outlier, check here again
3	process worked as expected
