  - click the ''nBMSI SPA Switch'' desktop icon
  - wait for matlab to launch with the task setup script running 
  - enter id and type when prompted; task types are 
    * ''green''
    * ''red''
    * and ''longmix1'' or ''longmix2''
  - for subsequent runs, you'll need to type ''switchtask'' in the matlab command window to start the next run (get back to the //id// and //run type// prompts again)
  - enter id and tasktype
