[[https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/|Statistical Parametric Mapping]] is a [[:tools:matlab]] toolbox for analyzing MR images. Many of its functions have analogs in [[:tools:afni]], [[:tools:fsl]], and nipy, as well as other MR suites.

The toolbox is used for [[:tools:UNICORT]], [[:tools:neuromelanin]], [[tools:hc]] (MRRC tool), and the initial implementation and inputs to [[:tools:pfc]].
