===== Creating a QC protocol =====
When creating a new document for collecting quality checking records
  * use Pitt credentials on office365's http://excel.office.com/ (google drive blocked by UPMC, UPMC onedrive cannot share links externally)
  * provide a score (eg. 0-3), see [[#Scoring]] below for example rubric
  * allow for optional annotations
  * if possible, collect screenshots, see "[[https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/insert-picture-in-cell-in-excel-e9317aee-4294-49a3-875c-9dd95845bab0|picture-in-cell]]" for pasting screenshots on specified row
