  * 2026-08-19 Record PC ''Error 5000'' ''Optical fiber is disconnected'' forced visit reschedule {{.:pasted:20260819-094625.png?200}}
    * Optical cable box started in front USB port. Moved around without luck. After total tear down, font port worked again (w/o any electrodes, fiber cable only). Retested back port, did not work.
  * 2025-10-27 **replaced task computer**
  * 2026-xx-xx indeterminate audio issue expected to be blocked air channel in earplugs (not computer hardware). 
  * 2024-12-13 - battery loosing charge capacity?

  * 2018 - EEG started for [[:grants:7t]]. Tests run at WPC not Loeff.
