====== CRC ======
The [[https://crc.pitt.edu/|Center For Research Computing]] is a pitt HPC (High performance computing) "super computer" resource behind the pitt firewall (see [[:tools:globalconnect]] for [[:admin:remoteaccess]]).


The CRC is a smaller resource than the [[:tools:PSC]] but with easier (no-grant-needed) access.

CRC has NIST-level computation (for e.g. [[:bigdata:abcd]]) via secure enclave ([[:admin:nist800#pitt|NIST-800@Pitt]]) at an additional cost. Also see [[:admin:grantblurbs]]
